Michael Wilson
Principal

Michael is a strategic leader with over 25 years of experience across the Asia-Pacific region. His career began in the unionised oil and gas sector and evolved into senior roles in commercial real estate. With a broad background spanning multinational organisations, he has successfully guided clients and teams through complex challenges in sectors such as real estate, heavy industry, financial services, and both domestic and foreign governments. 

Holding an Executive Master of Change from INSEAD and an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney, Michael combines sharp business acumen with deep insights into human behaviour to drive organisational growth and transformation. 

As the Principal at Future Focus Consulting, he applies this expertise to help leaders understand the drivers of current performance, navigate disruption, and build foresight through analytical rigour. He collaborates with clients to develop leaders, improve the effectiveness of group relations, and to design change programmes that both build stakeholder satisfaction and ensure long-term success
